Lymphangioma presenting as a nasal polyp in an infant.

Abstract We describe a pedunculated lymphangioma presenting as an isolated nasal polyp in an 11-month-old male infant with light and electron microscopic findings. This lesion occurring in an infant must be distinguished from more common benign and malignant intranasal masses.
