Спинальная анестезия изобарическим наропином при трансуретральных онкоурологических вмешательствах

2008
We present the findings of prospective study of spinal anesthesia (SA) into 2 groups of patients (100 patients in each group) undergoing transurethral resection of urinary bladder and prostate gland. 20 mg isobaric ropivacaine 0,75% was used in the first group. 20 mg isobaric ropivacaine 0,5% was administered in patients from the second group. We found, that 20 mg isobaric ropivacaine 0,5% and 0,75% are applicable for SA during transurethral resection of urinary bladder and prostate gland. These solutions provide analgesia, which develops during 10-15 minutes and continues for 1,5-6 hours. The spread and reversion of spinal block, as well its level varies widely, and, apparently, this fact is typical for isobaric solutions of local anesthetics.
