The invention discloses a supercritical carbon dioxide urea button dyeing kettle and a dyeing technology thereof. The dyeing kettle comprises a kettle body, and the bottom of the kettle body is provided with a carbon dioxide fluid and dye inlet and a carbon dioxide fluid and dye outlet. When dyeing is performed, carbon dioxide fluid and dye at the bottom flow into the kettle body to impact on buttons and drive the buttons to be dyed in a non-static mode, therefore, the buttons can move under the variable speed impact of air flow, and the dyeing defects at the overlapping positions of the buttons are avoided. Meanwhile, the bottom of a barrel body of the dyeing kettle is designed to be of an inverted-trapezoidal structure, and therefore the problem that the buttons cannot be dyed due to the fact that the buttons cannot make contact with the carbon dioxide fluid carrying the dye is solved. By adopting the dyeing technology, the buttons which are rich and complete in color can be obtained, the dyed products do not need aftertreatment such as cleaning and drying, waterless dyeing is achieved in the overall process, the production cost is saved, the dyeing quality is improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
