Isolation, positioning and manipulation of Mo6S3I6 by (di)electrophoresis

We report on the isolation, positioning and manipulation of nanowire bundles of Mo6S3I6. Electrophoresis is found to be useful for separating bundles of different size. Dielectrophoresis was shown to be an effective way to self‐assemble Mo6S3I6 nanowires onto metal electrodes, which were used for field emission and for electrical measurements.
