Assessment of the logistics required to establish a multi-level sub-assessment projects and the corresponding number of times the weight of an integrated assessment system.The most basic level the project should have real time data as the assessment criteria.Through all levels of sub-score vector and the corresponding levels on the weight of the product of the transpose vector vector matrix times higher in an element of the fuzzy math operation,an accurate assessment of points.Assessment of a large logistics system and an example to demonstrate this assessment method is accurate and feasible.
