In the present work, the explicit elements constitute a manifestation of a contradiction between the current demands of society, the agricultural economy and higher education and the insufficient didactic treatment of the anatomical physiological content in the zoology subject in the Agricultural Engineering career to achieve the solution of professional problems with a higher level of complexity. The object of the research is part of the teaching and learning process of the zoology subject. These elements allow to define the objective of the research: To characterize the current state of the dynamics of the teaching and learning process of the zoology subject. The elements that are expressed together with the causes, allow to specify as a field of action: the dynamics of the teaching-learning process of the Zoology subject.
