Moisture curing bi-component epoxy intermediate coat and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a moisture curing bi-component epoxy intermediate coat and a preparation method thereof. The moisture curing epoxy intermediate coat has a good adhesion and fast drying performance with an undercoat and a finishing coat for ports, wharfs and bridges under construction or under protective coating, especially for painting concrete structure tidal zones and the splash zones of ports, wharfs and bridges. When a surface of the undercoat is adhered with obvious water, the intermediate coat still has a good adhesion and fast drying performance. The moisture curing epoxy intermediate coat has excellent environmental construction adaptability and good corrosion resistance, can be used on a moist undercoat surface as a protective intermediate coat, has good adhesion, chemical resistance and also excellent flexibility, and can overcome the defects of large brittleness and poor flexibility of other similar products.
