Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia Analisa Data SUSENAS – Modul Kesehatan dan Perumahan Triwulan IV Tahun 2013

Utilization of health services is a demand for consumption based on the needs of the illness, discomfort, and desire to prevent diseases. Utilization of health services will certainly have an impact on health care costs, sources of funding, as well as access to health facilities. The purpose of the research is to see an overview of health care utilization of patients experience in outpatient, inpatient and health expenditure, sources of funding, health care expenditures in the use of outpatient and inpatient care and access to health facilities. The method is descriptive analysis to see a picture of health service utilization of the characteristics of the respondents, access, the source of funds and health expenditure from Susenas module of health and housing. Most respondents utilize health facilities for outpatient at the health center/auxiliary health center and hospitalization in government hospitals. The average cost for outpatient is Rp27.219,00, while hospitalization costs an average of Rp122.777,00. Sources of funds are their own expenditure (OOP) for outpatient and inpatient. It is the largest percentage compared to other sources of funding. Health centers and polyclinics are health facilities that have the shortest distance from the house. Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan menjadi suatu permintaan bagi konsumen berdasarkan kebutuhan dari rasa sakit, ketidak- nyamanan maupun keinginan untuk pencegahan akan suatu penyakit. Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan tentunya akan berdampak pada biaya pelayanan kesehatan, sumber dana biaya kesehatan serta akses ke fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat gambaran pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dari pengalaman pasien berobat jalan, rawat inap serta pengeluaran biaya kesehatan, sumber dana biaya kese- hatan pada kontak layanan di rawat jalan dan rawat inap maupun akses ke fasilitas kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan analisa deskriptif melihat gambaran pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dari sisi karakteristik responden, akses, sumber dana maupun biaya kesehatan dari data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Modul Kesehatan dan Perumahan Triwulan IV Tahun 2013 dengan total responden sebanyak 274.839 anggota rumah tangga dan 71.454 rumah tangga. Sebagian besar responden memanfaat- kan fasilitas kesehatan untuk berobat jalan di Puskesmas/Pus- kesmas pembantu dan rawat inap di RS Pemerintah. Rata-rata biaya kesehatan untuk berobat jalan sebesar Rp27.219,00, sedangkan biaya rawat inap rata-rata sebesar Rp122.777,00. Sumber dana dengan biaya sendiri untuk berobat jalan dan rawat inap memiliki persentase yang terbesar dibandingkan dengan sumber dana yang lain dan fasilitas kesehatan di Puskesmas dan Poliklinik merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang memiliki jarak terdekat dari rumah.
