Характеристика воспалительных изменений в дыхательных путях у больных бронхиальной астмой с нарушением мукоцилиарной функции

209 patients with bronchial asthma were examined, 89% of them had a decrease of integral parameter of mucociliary clearance and had mucociliary insufficiency. A detailed endoscopic evaluation of inflammatory changes intensity in the tracheobronchial tree in patients with mucociliary insufficiency of a different degree was done. A close correlation between the severity of disturbances in mucociliary system and the activity of the inflammatory process in airways was demonstrated.
