Lignin flame-retardant fiber board adhesive and production method thereof

The invention discloses a lignin flame-retardant fiber board adhesive and a production method thereof. The lignin flame-retardant fiber board adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of lignin, 20-30 parts of phenol, 15-20 parts of starch, 1-5 parts of silane coupling agent, 8-10 parts of flame retardant and 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent. The production method comprises the following steps: carrying out pretreatment reaction on the lignin to obtain a lignin modification product, adding the starch, flame retardant, silane coupling agent and defoaming agent into the stirring reaction kettle according to the formula proportion, uniformly mixing, and grinding for 1-2 hours with a three-roller grinder to obtain the adhesive of which the viscosity is 0.15-0.60 Pa.s at 18-20 DEG C. The lignin flame-retardant fiber board adhesive has the advantages of excellent flame-retardant effect, low cost and favorable adhesive effect, and is suitable for wide-range popularization and application.
