Effects of Process Parameters on Microstructure and Properties of X100 Hot-bending Bends
2012
The effects of different heating temperatures and cooling methods on microstructure and properties of X100 hot-bending bends were investigated through thermal simulation test, mechanical property test and microscopic analysis method. The results showed that under the 880 ℃ heating temperature and by 10%NaCl solution cooling, the microstructure of the experimental steel are acicular ferrite and a small amount of lath martensite,so that a better combination of strength and toughness can be obtained. The strength and toughness decrease with heating temperature increasing;while the strength and toughness are perfect under cooling process by 10%NaCl solution. The strength and toughness can not achieve technical requirements of the corresponding steel grade by air cooling, which occurred in miscrosturcture from polygonal ferrite and pearlite.
