The Application Analysis of Web3D Technology in Marine Simulator

Engineering Training is an important application of virtual reality technology.Web3D technology is the virtual reality technology based on the interconnection networks.This paper proposes the idea of un-immersing virtual reality technology and the Web 3D technology to develop pure software Marine Simulator. The combined application of virtual reality and simulation technology fully embodies the basic functions of the cabin roaming and virtual operation.The simulator has the advantages of remote training,better scenes,lower space requirement and investments,Hence reducing training costs.It introduces virtual reality technology and simulation technology in the new simulaler,the components and characteristics.In addition,the paper analyses the brilliant future of Web3D.
