The present invention relates to 2 to 5% of KH560 silane coupling agent in an aqueous silica sol nano-steel anti-corrosion paint is applied, the acidic silica sol was added, the coupling at 55 ± 5 ℃ form change nano silica sol; was then added to the aqueous acrylic emulsion used in steel corrosion in aqueous industrial coatings. The present invention further provides an aqueous anti-corrosion paint steel, comprising: a nano-modified silica sol 3 to 6%; the aqueous acrylic emulsion 40 to 60%, 11 to 16% pigment, 16 to 21% filler, various additives 0.8% to 1.0%, 10 to 15% deionized water. Using a special process of the present invention comprises nanoscale sol were treated, and after the emulsion with a reasonable configured nano silica sol-modified acrylic water-based paint, the film-forming product density, water resistance with greatly improved, thus protection against product performance has been significantly improved.
