The use of a wide flap constituted by tissues of the regions of the thorax, neck and face, is employed for the authors in the immediate reconstruction of facial areas, subject to extensive resections. Their raised in formunited or bilateral, the rotation and advance allows appropriate reconstructions in extensive defects of the cheek, central region of the face, mouth, nose and paranasal cavities. The versatility in its makings offer also, an excellent exhibition for the combined treatment of the neck metastases nodes. In our series on 15 patients using the flap incision, we stress the texture and quality of the skin and interposed subcutaneous cellular tissue. Nurtured by and important and varied vascular contribution, it acquires the enough trust of viability, anatomically corroborated in our dissections.
