Влияние условий звуковой кавитации на изменение оптических характеристик коллоидных растворов диоксида германия

2012
The change of the absorption spectra in the UV and visible region and fluorescence spectra of ultramicrodisperse colloidal solutions of germanium dioxide under the influence of acoustic cavitation was studied. Colloidal germanium dioxide solutions were obtained by hydrolysis of germanium tetrachloride solution in carbon tetrachloride with the concentrations 10-1, 10-2 and 10-3mol/l. The cavitation of colloidal solutions were carried out for 60, 90 and 120 min with the impact of power about 7 W. The efficiency of cavitation, which leads to fragmentation of microparticles to the smaller ones including to nanometer size, was confirmed by a significant increase of optical density of colloidal germanium dioxide solutions in the UV and visible region. An analysis of the fluorescence spectra before and after cavitation shows an increase in the fluorescence peaks at 360-370 nm
