“Micro-Film” In Photomicrography

1954
Micro-File film (Eastman Kodak Co.) gave excellent results when used for photomicrography. A 35 mm. reflex camera attached to one tube of a binocular microscope provided a convenient means of recording cells of special interest in chromosome studies. Micro-File was found to give better contrast than Plus-X and required less processing time.
