Actinomicetoma torácico por Nocardia sp. Informe de tres casos

Three cases of thoracic mycetoma, two of them fatal after a long evolution of 6 to 8 years, with infiltration of vertebrae, meninges and spinal cord. In two patients there was involvement of the upper lobes of both lungs with empyema. One developed mediastinitis and hematogenous dissemination to liver and kidneys. In the third case no involvement of vertebrae or ribs was found.
