The invention discloses a load controlling method of an intelligent and integral multifunction watt-hour meter. The load controlling method involves a watt-hour meter body provided with an input interface and a load monitoring end, the input interface and the load monitoring end are respectively limited on two different surfaces of the watt-hour meter body, a power grid null line and a live line are connected with the input interface, and multiple user loads are connected with the load monitoring end. The watt-hour meter body is further provided with a plurality of connection arrangements, a metering module, a circuit breaking module, a transmission port, a display and a control panel.
