High-gain dual-linear polarization or dual-circle polarization waveguide array antennas

2007
The utility model discloses a high gain double line polarization or double circular polarization wave-guide array antenna, belonging to the technical field of communications broadcast and measurement and control, which comprises a radiation layer, a horizontally polarized or circularly polarized feed wave-guide layer, a vertically polarized feed wave-guide layer, and a vertically polarized feed wave-guide cover plate. By adopting square or circular wave-guide resonant cavity feed method, the purpose of the radiation of the dual-polarization electromagnetic signals is achieved; the horizontal polarization is achieved by means of coupling feed, while the vertical polarization is accomplished via direct feed method, and thus the separation of the two polarized components is completed, meanwhile the dual-polarization operation can be realized. The utility model has the advantages of dual-polarization radiation, high feed efficiency, compact structure, and low manufacturing costs; therefore, the utility model is particularly applicable to various communications satellites or receive-only antennas working under the conditions of double line polarization or double circular polarization.
