The aims of this study were characterizing the clinical and epidemiological profile and analyzing the clinical course of patients with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. This is a prospective descriptive study with a quantitative approach, performed with 12 records of physiotherapy outpatient clinic of a public hospital in Teresina-PI. Data analysis was performed in 5.3 BioEstat program. Found a predominance of females (84.65%). The main etiologies were postinfection (50%) and idiopathic (33.4%). The predominant symptom found was productive cough (100%). The physical therapy techniques more used were thoracic-abdominal-rebalance (91.7%), therapeutic breathing patterns (83.3%), and vibrocompression (75%). It was concluded that the clinical and epidemiological profile is similar to that reported in the literature. About physiotherapeutic procedures, there was a positive clinical outcome.
