MERANCANG STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN DARING BERBASIS HOTS UNTUK MENCAPAI STUDENTS WELLBEING PADA SMK

This service activity is motivated by the fact that SMK teachers in two partner schools, namely SMK Insan Mulia and SMK Karya Fajar are still not optimal in understanding and designing HOTS-based online learning strategies and their tools to achieve Student Wellbeing. The purpose of this activity is to improve understanding and ability to design HOTS-based online learning to achieve Student Wellbeing. The method of service activities consists of the following stages: (1) preparation, (2) implementation, (3) monitoring and evaluation. School partners are SMK teachers from 2 schools, namely SMK Insan Mulia and SMK Karya Fajar, Serang Regency, Banten Province, with a total of 40 people. The instrument for evaluating used is an understanding test, an assessment rubric for designing online learning strategies. The results of this activity concluded that there was an increase in understanding ability by 50% and the ability to design HOTS-based online learning to achieve students' wellbeing on average in the good category.
