Piodermia gangrenosa asociada a policondritis recidivante

2001
Pyoderma gangrenosum and relapsing polychondritis are uncommon diseases, often associated with autoimmune disorders. We report the case of a 28-year-old woman with pyoderma gangrenosum and relapsing polychondritis. The patient was treated with cyclosporine A, and her symptoms gradually improved. To our knowledge, this is the third case reported in the literature of such an association.
