Stock monitoring system and method

The invention relates to a stock monitoring system and method. The stock monitoring system comprises a detection module, a transmitting-and-receiving module and a server module; the detection module comprises one or more sensor detection units, wherein the sensor detecting units are used for collecting stock environment information of a monitoring point; the transmitting-and-receiving module is connected with the detection module and comprises one or more data transmitting-and-receiving units which are connected with multi-path collectors, wherein any transmitting-and-receiving unit is connected with the one or more sensor detecting units through the multi-path collector connected with the data transmitting-and-receiving unit, and receives the stock environment information collected by the sensor detecting units and forwards the stock environment information to the server module; the server module is connected with the transmitting-and-receiving module, and receives the stock environment information and manages the stock environment information. The stock monitoring system and method provided by the technical scheme of the invention can decrease the cost of monitoring equipment and improve monitoring performance under the situation that detection requirements of large-scale stocks can be stratified.
