2017
Objective To discuss the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis of cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 244 patients (experimental group) with cerebrovascular disease in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 and a total of 200 cases (control group) in healthy physical examination during the same period were selected. The subjects of two groups underwent color doppler ultrasound diagnosis, the results were compared. Results IMT of the left and the right carotid artery of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), the number of patches of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis of cerebrovascular disease has many advantages, such as easy to operate, small trauma, and low cost, with high clinical value.
