Cytologic study of hyperthermia therapy on malignant glioma cells

目的温热疗法对大鼠脑胶质瘤细胞的杀伤效果.方法用Rat glioma cellC6,9L肿瘤细胞,37℃(对照组),42℃,43℃,44℃(治疗组)加温1 h,用WST-1 assay方法测定细胞生存率,分析杀肿瘤细胞效果.结果43℃,44℃加温1 h,均取得了显著的杀肿瘤细胞效果.结论温热疗法对大鼠脑胶质瘤细胞杀伤效果是可靠的.
