The upper portion of the spindle and bearing system is fixedly connected with a rotation disk, and a necking mould base is fixed onto the rotation disk. The feeding oil cylinder is connected with a feeding rod base and an orientation rod and the feeding rod base and the orientation rod are connected with a feeding rod and a bending core.
