A method for applying portable software

In the method for applying portable software, a program coordinator and at least one application program is stored in a portable storage device. If the storage device is inserted into a computer system or plugged, the coordination program runs automatically to adjust an ambient flow of the application program (in which a credential and a proof of authorization are performed to ensure a correct use of the hardware and the software). The application program can be run in this way in the computer system. After the user has finished its tasks, the application program is terminated and the coordination program provides the computer system back to its original settings and automatically stops its operation. The user can then remove the storage device back from the computer. In this way, an easier application and better integration can be achieved, and it may be the advantage of portable software are fully utilized.
