Magnetoelectric coupling and magnetically tunable transport properties of 0.2Zn0.2Co0.8Fe2O4-0.8PbZr0.58Ti0.42O3 multiferroic nanocomposites

2019
Due to the potential properties of the multiferroic magnetoelectric material, such as magneto-impedance, magneto-dielectric and magnetoelectric coefficient, attains extensive research interest in last few years. In the present context we have fabricate 0.2Zn0.2Co0.8Fe2O4-0.8PbZr0.58Ti0.42O3 nanocomposite through the low temperature chemical pyrophoric chemical reaction and solid state reaction process. Structural characterization has been carried out by the X-ray diffraction measurement technique. We have investigated the magnetically tunable impedance and dielectric constant of the nanocomposite, as well as the magnetoelectric coefficient of the nanocomposite. The impedance, dielectric constant and dielectric losses are strongly depending on the magnetic field. Themaximum changes of these properties with the influence at low field and low frequency regime are 13%, 9% and 5 %, respectively. The magnetoelectric coefficient of the composite has been done, maximum value of the coefficient is found to ∼2.5 mV/cm-Oe at a frequency of 37 Hz. The magnetically tunable results of the composite lead the composite promising for the application point of view.
