The present invention discloses a device of automatic zero setting and zero detection for verification of a current transformer on the basis of a current comparator. The device of automatic zero setting and zero detection for verification of the current transformer on the basis of the current comparator comprises a voltage regulator, a current booster, a tested current transformer, an auxiliary transformer, a current comparator, a current transformer calibrator, an electronic zero setting box, a current load box and a computer. The voltage regulator is connected with the current booster, and the of the current booster is connected with the tested current transformer and the auxiliary transformer; the current comparator is connected between the tested current transformer and the auxiliary transformer, and the auxiliary transformer, the current comparator and the tested current transformer are respectively connected with corresponding interfaces of the current transformer calibrator; the auxiliary transformer is connected with the electronic zero setting box, the tested current transformer is connected with the current load box, and the data communication terminal of the current transformer calibrator is connected with the communication terminal of the computer; and the first load regulation serial port of the current transformer calibrator is connected with the control terminal of the electronic zero setting box, the second load regulation serial port of the current transformer calibrator is connected with the control terminal of the current load box, and the control serial port of the voltage regulator of the current transformer calibrator is connected with the control terminal of the current transformer calibrator. According to the invention, the automatic verification of a high precision current transformer is realized.
