The present invention discloses a process for dicyclopentadiene one liquid phase continuous preparation of tetrahydro-hanging, the effective series hydrogenation and isomerization, the catalyst separation step is omitted, continuous and efficient production of hanging tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene. The process comprising: 1) having a circulating function of the catalyst from the separation bubbled continuous flow hydrogenation reactor at port dicyclopentadiene solution and hydrogen gas flows continuously through the hydrogenation reactor, and flow upward, with a hydrogenation catalyst solution is recycled flow, at the outlet, liquid separation with a hydrogenation catalyst, the hydrogenation liquid by overflowing into the next step; 2) flows into the tank liquid is continuously hydrogenating the isomerization reactor, Lewis acid-catalyzed isomerization, the isomerization reaction is catchy filter device, to achieve efficient product separation and isomerization catalyst, and goes to a subsequent washing with water, distillation and other separation and purification steps, to give hanging THDCPD. The cleaning process, low cost, efficient method for hanging a tricyclodecane prepared.
