Влияние разброса упругих свойств матрицы на эффективный модуль упругости наполненной полимерной композиции

In estimating the reliability of polymer constructions, it is important to take into account that the mechanical properties of these compositions, within limits, have probabilistic (statistical) characteristics. In the work, we estimated the effect of standard deviation of the elastic modulus of a polymer matrix by the effective elastic modulus of a partide-reinforced polymer composition for different degrees of filling. For a polymer composition highly filled with particles of varying size, the effective modulus was determined by a two-step solution method. The obtained results were compared with available experimental data.
