Cold non HLA lymphocyte cytotoxins in monoclonal gammopathies.

Normal cold lymphocytotoxin frequency was found among 92 patients with asymptomatic or malignant monoclonal gammopathies, but, when detected, these antibodies were more potent in the patients than in the controls. Most of them reacted with T and B cells. In one case, the cytotoxicity was clearly directed only against chronic lymphoid leukemia B cells.
