Carcinoma metastatic to an extraocular muscle.

1981
: Isolated lateral rectus metastatic carcinoma from a primary breast carcinoma was found in a 62-year-old woman who was asymptomatic until local inflammatory signs developed. Ultrasound and CT scans revealed a localized lesion in the lateral aspect of the orbit, which, on biopsy, proved to be a mass situated on top of the lateral rectus muscle.
