Culture medium optimization method

The invention discloses a culture medium optimization method. The culture medium optimization method comprises the following steps of determining a key ingredient of a culture medium, and determining a value range of content of the key ingredient by a single factor; performing uniform design optimization on constituents of a multi-factor and multi-level microorganism culture medium system; building a first regression model of uniform design proportion of the key ingredient and corresponding biomass, and figuring out optimal proportion I of a forecast model with regard to the key ingredient of the culture medium and corresponding biomass I; performing interpolation and encryption on above uniform design experimental data by a natural neighbor interpolation method, building a second regression model of encryption data and the corresponding biomass, and figuring out optimal proportion II of the forecast model with regard to the key ingredient of the culture medium and corresponding biomass II; and testing and verifying the two groups of optimal proportions and the biomasses, selecting the key ingredient proportion with relatively high biomass as a final optimal formula. The interpolation optimization is achieved by means of limited test times, the stable and reliable regression models are obtained, and the culture medium ingredient proportion which is most suitable for growth of microorganism is finally obtained.
