Experimental study of extracting glucosinolates in rapeseed

The influence of extracting glucosinolates in rapeseed was discussed. Cross method results showed that experimentation of extracting glucosinolates had the highest extracting (100 deg C, 80% MEOH, 10min, sample/eluent=1/10). And the method suitable for different use was put forward.
