The invention discloses a miniaturized UWB (ultra-wide-band) low-loss high-phase-shifting-accuracy 0-90-degree phase shifter with microwave and millimeter wave of 1-22GHz, which is formed by four same unit circuits in cascade connection. The unit circuits are high-and-low-pass type phase-shift circuits compatible with digital analog control, which forms the 0-90-degree phase shifter. The circuit topology and the design process are simple, the manufacturing process is simple and easy, the working band is wide, the insertion loss is low, the chip area is small, the phase-shifting accuracy is high, and the SWR (standing-wave ratio) of input voltage and output voltage is low.
