Clinical Efficacy of Gastrointestinal Failure Intervened by Method of Regulating Qi and Activating Blood

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal failure intervened by method of regulating Qi and activating blood in critically patients.Method:Regulating Qi and activating blood agents were used to treat 20 cases of gastrointestinal failure patients which belong to qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and the control group was established.Then five indicators,including bowel sounds,intra-abdominal pressure,abdominal circumference,gastrointestinal function score and the amount of enteral nutrition,were observed respectively.Result:Regulating Qi and activating blood agents could reduce gastrointestinal failure patients' abdominal circumference and gastrointestinal scores,increase the amount of enteral nutrition,compared with Western medicine treatment group the difference was significant(P0.05),the total effective rate was 65%.Conclusion:Regulating Qi and activating blood agents could promote gastrointestinal motility of patients with gastrointestinal failure.
