Aplikace infračervené a Ramanovy spektrometrie při identifikaci chemických látek
2013
The theoretical part of the work focuses on explaining the reasons why unknown substances have to be identified and what types of analyses can be employed to do so. The work provides a detailed description of two instrumental analytical methods, infrared spectrometry and Raman spectrometry, and of the Ahura First Defender, True Defender and NICOLET iS10 instruments used to analyze samples in the experimental part of the work. The experimental part of the work is focused on a practical demonstration of the instrumental analytical methods for the purpose of identifying unknown substances and using instruments based on the two methods referred to above. It describes the preparation of samples for the analysis, how 227 are analyzed, and how results of the analyses are interpreted. The work ends with an evaluation of results of the analyses and the contribution of spectrometers based on infrared spectrometry and Raman spectrometry to the identification of unknown substances performed by units of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
