Conflict Settings: The Importance of Timely Access to Health Care

An editorial is presented which addresses the author's views about the importance of timely access to health care in conflict zones, and it mentions two other articles which appear in the same issue of the journal and deal with topics such as public health, attacks on hospitals in Syria, and health care for Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territory. The right to health for Palestinians is examined, along with a shortage of highly skilled medical personnel.
