This paper presents a complex of rehabilitation measures and modern methods of correction of functional disorders in patients with colorectal cancer, who were the formation of unnatural anus. Detailed highlights principles of colostomy, methods of correction of intestinal peristalsis, including diet therapy, the means and the procedure of intestinal stoma care, methods of prevention and management of complications from intestinal stomas. At the same time, given the variety and the most frequent complications requiring correction strictures colostomy, colostomy strictures clinical classification and functional disorders of the colostomy. Application of a comprehensive program of rehabilitation treatment in patients with end colostomy possible to improve the quality of life for this group of patients.
