35.1: Invited Paper: Filtered and Filter‐Less Full Color Inorganic EL Displays

Filtered and filter-less full color iEL displays with 4.25″ diagonal size using TDEL structure have been developed. These results were provided by improvement of a fabrication process and using new RGB set of phosphor. In this paper, the characteristics and features of these devices are discussed.
