According to an embodiment of the present invention, a base is composed of 17-31 wt% of SiO_2, 8-10 wt% of Al_2O_3, 0.1-0.3 wt% of Fe_2O_3, 0.05-0.12 wt% of TiO_2, 27-35 wt% of CaO, 0.1-0.5 wt% of MgO, 0.5-1.1 wt% of K_2O, 0.1-0.5 wt% of Na_2O, and 20-27 wt% of P_2O_5.
