Una aproximación al carácter investigativo de la Educación Técnica y Profesional cubana actual

espanolEn el presente articulo se asume la teoria del enfoque Historico Cultural por el que se rige la Educacion Tecnica y Profesional, sin descuidar elementos de otros enfoques educativos vigentes en el mundo. Los autores reflexionan acerca de la investigacion en la Educacion Tecnica y Profesional, a partir del analisis de las condiciones en que tiene lugar este proceso actualmente en Cuba. Con el objetivo de determinar los desafios que tiene la ETP para el logro de un acercamiento el caracter investigativo de esta educacion, los autores realizan un analisis documental a diferentes textos relacionados con la teoria de la Pedagogia Profesional en general y de la Pedagogia de la ETP en particular, asi tambien como un analisis historico-logico a los documentos oficiales de esta educacion. De igual forma se aplico una entrevista en profundidad a informantes claves y se realizaron dos grupos de discusion. Los resultados alcanzados conducen a que los docentes de la ETP posean una herramienta que, ademas de utilizarla durante su actividad pedagogica diaria, puede y debe ser transmitida a los estudiantes que se forman como futuros trabajadores, ensenandolos de este modo a investigar y transformar su propia realidad. EnglishIn the present article, the theory of the Cultural Historical approach is assumed for it is the approach that rules The Technical and professional Education in Cuba, without disregarding elements of other educational approaches used in the world. The authors reflect on the research in the Technical and professional Education from the analysis of the conditions in which this process currently takes place in Cuba. In order to determine the challenges that the ETP (Technical and professional Education) has for achieving an approach close to the investigative nature of this education, the authors make a documentary analysis of different texts related to the theory of Professional Pedagogy in general and the Pedagogy of ETP in particular, as well as a historical-logical analysis made to official documents of this education. In the same way, an in-depth interview was applied to key informants and two group discussions were held. The results achieved reveal that ETP professors would need a tool that, in addition to using it during their daily pedagogical activity, it could and should be transmitted to students who are trained as future workers, teaching them in this way to research and transform their own reality.
