Dermoid cyst of the floor of the mouth: Report of a case

Abstract Dermoid cysts of the floor of the mouth comprise approximately 0.01 per cent of all oral cystic lesions. This case is presented because of its large size, its unusual location, and the difficulty encountered in removing the mass.
