Equipment for testing glass fiber product impregnating compound oil film thickness

2013
The utility model relates to equipment for testing glass fiber product impregnating compound oil film thickness; the equipment comprises a variable frequency motor, an oiling roller, an oil bucket and an oil scraping plate; the oiling roller is in a cylinder shape and two ends of the oiling roller are provided with a connecting shaft; the connecting shaft is connected with the variable frequency motor; the oil bucket is filled with the impregnating compound, and the oiling roller is horizontally suspended above the oil bucket and a part of the oiling roller is immersed in the impregnating compound; a top of the oil scarping plate is provided with a cross-scraping strip, and a bottom of the oil scarping plate is provided with an oil receiving port; and the oil film thickness can be calculated through the oil scarping plate scraping off the impregnating compound from the oiling roller, thereby determining combustible matter content in the product. The equipment is reasonable in design, reduces unnecessary time, labor and resource waste in production, and can relatively and accurately determine process parameters need in production according to calculated results in testing; and the equipment can help research and development personnel to understand the product and develop the product.
