Экспериментальные и клинические аспекты применения энтеросорбции при хроническом токсическом гепатите

2007
Participation of lymphatic system in formation of response to the toxic defeat of liver is shown on the model of a chronic toxic hepatitis at rats. It has been found out deposition in the central lymph of products of lipid peroxidation and active inclusion of antioxidants in reaction of their neutralization with redistribution of ceruloplasmin in a lymphatic channel. Usage of SUMS-1 enterosorbent within 28 days at animals with a chronic toxic hepatitis, improving a functional condition of a liver, results in decrease of concentration of products the lipid peroxidation in plasma of blood and the central lymph. Usage of SUMS-1 enterosorbent in complex therapy of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and drug toxic hepatitis stops clinical and laboratory signs of endo-toxicosis, eliminates the phenomena of intolerance of anti-bacterial preparations. Usage of SUMS-1 enterosorbent leads to the increase of isoniazide elimination rate, its volume of distribution is decreased, thus the area under a kinetic curve is not changed. Concentration of primary and secondary products of lipid peroxidation in plasma on a background of enterosorbent therapy is decreased, and the amount of ceriloplasmone and a-tocopherol is not changed.
