Surgical Treatment of Mitral-Aortic Incompetence and Aneurysm of the Ascending Aorta in a Child with Marfan's Syndrome: Case Report

Abstract A 7-year-old girl with Marfan's syndrome developed severe mitral and aortic valve incompetence and aneurysmatic dilatation of the ascending aorta. She underwent successful replacement of the mitral valve, aortic valve, and ascending aorta with coronary reimplantation. After 3 months of follow-up, she continues to be asymptomatic.
