RNA Interference and Tumor Gene Therapy

RNA interference is a mechanism for controlling normal gene expression,which has been employed as a potential technology for a wide range of disorders such as tumors,infectious diseases and metabolic disorders.This paper reviews the discovery,mechanism of RNA interference and its application in tumor diagnosis and prevention,as well as some challenges.
