Inclusiveness: Neuroscience Behavior in Teaching and Learning

2021
There are remarkable changes in the field of education. Ancient education prepared students with knowledge, skills, and moral values to lead a happy prosperous life. Modern education is focusing too much on academic knowledge and getting good marks and degrees to get clerical jobs. The discussion is not on which is the better modality of education but on blended module of involvement, inclusiveness, interaction, and modern technology. Lack of motivation in teachers and students is the most frustrating obstacle to implement this. Motivation will not be obtained by training or bombarding them with 101 guidelines but by understanding the neuroscience behavior, psychological fulfillment, and overall well-being. Motivation could be extrinsic or intrinsic. Extrinsic motivation involves fulfillment of one’s dreams, external rewards, or punishments. Intrinsic motivation is the action done purely for the joy of doing it, and this article focuses on the same.
