Organic electroluminescent display apparatus

Provided is an organic EL display apparatus, which is capable of having a narrowed frame, and which has excellent reliability and productivity. The present invention is provided with: a display region that displays pixels; a frame region around the display region; a substrate; an organic electroluminescent element that is provided on the substrate; a sealing member that covers the organic electroluminescent element; extraction wiring, which is provided on the substrate, and which extends to the outer side of the sealing member from a region covered with the sealing member; and one or more organic insulating bodies that are provided not in the display region but in the frame region. The extraction wiring has two side portions facing each other, the one or more organic insulating bodies cover a part of at least one of the two side portions, and the sealing member covers the one or more organic insulating bodies.
